Welcome to Montello Care Center

Montello Care Center is a 50 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).  It is located on a beautiful wooded lot across from the Montello High School, and is the only SNF in the community.  It accepts Medicare, Medicaid and Private pay residents, and has an active therapy program.
